  • Abbaye Saint-Benoit-du-lac

    Starting in 1912, Benedictine monks from France built a monastery overlooking Lake Memphremagog. The modern Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey, designed by Dom Bellot, pays tribute to the harmony of natural geometric forms and makes splendid use of multicoloured bricks. Services in Gregorian chant.

  • Bleu Lavande

    Overlooking the hillcrest, in the heart of the Eastern Townships, lies the most important producer of the lavender in the country. Bleu Lavande welcomes you to discover the beauty and the many benefits of this virtuous plant. Come take a leisurely stroll in our fields or indulge yourself to a massage amidst our 100 000 lavender plants. The whole family is invited to participate in a variety of activities. In our Bistro and Gourmet Boutique you can taste lavender beer and a variety of lavender inspired products. In the picturesque village of Fitch Bay near Magog, Bleu Lavande welcomes you to live a blue experience.

  • Marais de la rivière aux cerises

    As a couple, family or with your dog, come make some fine discoveries by walking the 8.4 km of trails crossing various ecosystems. Minutes from downtown Magog, in addition to the trails, an observation tower, a large picnic area and the longest covered bridge on stilts in Quebec, come discover everything the marsh has to offer in all seasons. The trails are easily accessible and free via Roy Road or the Du Moulin parking lot. Come learn about the marsh by visiting the interpretation centre. Guided visits of the marsh by kayak are offered in July and August. Contact us!

  • Parc National du Mont-Orford

    Mount Orford park welcomes visitors to its mature forests! Whether you’re there for a walk, bike ride, camping or skiing, you’ll love discovering this park… naturally! An access fee is required for park visitors. Reduced rates are available for youth, groups, and families. Annual access passavailable

  • Baie-de-Magog beach

    The beautiful Lake Memphremagog is the ideal place for spending time with family and friends: a picnic, a sand castle or a swim. Enjoy the sun and water at either at the Plage de la Baie-de-Magog beach or Plage des Cantons beach.

  • Fête du vendange

    The Fête des vendanges Magog-Orford, the biggest gourmet site in Quebec! Taste the products from our winegrowers, cider makers, food producers and learn how to prepare them by leading chefs from Quebec in the gourmet Academy. Admire the work of local artisans, enjoy musical performances near the big Bistro SAQ and entertain your little ones in the small grapes area! Also, learn the basics of wine with our spokesperson and sommelier Jessica Harnois. Fun, discoveries and a range of activities for a phenomenal day by the shores of Lake Memphremagog! The Fête des vendanges Magog-Orford invites you to sleep in one of the many accommodations or campsites in the Memphrémagog region and take advantage of a 2-day package!

  • The TriMemphré

    Staged for the first time in 1995, the TriMemphré is one of the ways the Memphremagog Triathlon Club has chosen to promote triathlon. The Magog region offers the participants breathtaking scenery, distinct race courses and easy access to the beaches of Lake Memphremagog. Throughout recent years, the experienced organizers have improved several elements of the competition: prize money, electronic timing, road safety, nutrition, athlete services, etc.

  • La Traversée internationale du lac Memphrémagog

    Open-water swimming marathon. 34 km, 10 km , and various swimming events open to the public. Inflatable games, performances, and fireworks.

  • Fête de neige

    A must see event in February! In a beautiful setting, enjoy this winter-fun family festival at Merry Point in Magog.
